We are practicing for SBAC this week by completing some interim assessments. Personal Learning Plans for 2nd trimester will be finished this week. Your child will share his or her PLP at this spring’s conference.
We start our part in Project Sweet Talk this week and will go on a field trip in the next two weeks. 4th grade learns about the process of sugaring and 5th grade learns about the maple tree and sugarbush . And.... report cards will be sent home this Friday.
Today in 4th grade, we had students working on many different things! PLPs, reading DEAR books, and browsing through their new Storyworks Magazine. I thought, "Well, this would make a great video!" And then they noticed me and all bets were off! Seriously, we had a great class today and the PLPs are looking great!
