Crazy Days

I hope you are keeping cool in this heat! I have been busy teaching fitness classes at the complex. This is the workout we did last night. I sure am glad it wasn't tonight!!  I went to school today to work with Ms. Ballou, Mrs. H., and Mrs. Howrigan. There is so much work being done to the school!!
